Preço/Conteúdo: Uma oferta do avô para a neta...não sei o preço.
Originalidade: Gostei do boiões e das embalagens dos produtos veterinários. Não sei se a maleta torna mais caro o set ou não, mas a verdade é que não acho que faça muito sentido. É lisa, sem adereços, não tem compartimentos dentro para melhor protecção das peças... Sem dúvida que prefiro a velha caixa de cartão: mais bonita e menos resíduos.
Adequação do conteúdo: Parece-me bem, apesar de ter achado falta de uma ou duas gavetas naquela estante.
Expectativa/Realidade: Excelente complemento ao hotel dos animais.

Novelty: I enjoyed the jars and packages of veterinary products. I don't know if the carry case increases the price of the set or not, but i don't think that is a good idea: it is plain, no pros at all, no compartments inside to straighten parts... i don't see what the point of that... Definitely i prefer the old blue box: much prettier and less waste!
Content adequacy: It is a nice set, although i missed one or two drawers in that shelf.
Expectation/Reality: Excellent complement to set 9275: pet hotel.
Eis que chega ao castelo o produto mais esperado do ano: não, não se trata do produto da recolha dos impostos ao povo. Para isso seria necessário uma escolta muito maior e muito mais bem armada. Trata-se do vinho que os monges que habitam a serrania mais distante do reino, produzem habilmente e que é da preferência do rei.
É por todos sabido, que na ausência da sua bebida predilecta, o rei fica mais rezingão, exigente, e com um humor mais difícil. Os negócios no castelo não correm tão bem e a vida na corte é mais enfadonha e aborrecida, por isso, a chegada dos barris é motivo de alegria e quase festa.
Ao saberem da chegada dos barris, vários mercadores, comerciantes e negociantes de várias espécies começaram a chegar também, alojando-se nos arredores do castelo, aguardando por uma audiência nos próximos dias, esperando que esta melhoria na disposição do rei lhes seja favorável.

It's knowned by everyone that in the absence of his favourite drink, the king becomes more cranky, demanding and with a worst humour. In these times, business tend to be worst and more difficult to achieve and court's life is much more quiet and even boring. As so, the barrels arrival is a joyfull moment, almost a feast.
As knowing the arrival of the barrels, several merchants, business man and dealers of all kind started to arrive too, staying in castle's surroundings, waiting for an hearing in the next few days, taking advantage of the king's best state of mind.

Há água, gelo e fogo. Há animais e plantas de todos os tamanhos, feitios e cores. Há montanhas, planícies, vales e praia. Há pessoas amarelas, encarnadas, castanhas e brancas. Há tanta cor e tanta vida, tanta diversidade junta, que é difícil acreditar, como é possível tanta diversidade coexistir.
Por favor cuidem do nosso planeta, protejam-no e não o deixem perder a riqueza que tem. Sei bem do que falo: daqui de cima, não avisto mais sítio nenhum para onde possamos ir!
I'm stuck in this inhospitable piece of grey rock for three weeks, watching our little planet thousands of quilometers far away and all i can think about is how magnificent it is. It as watre, ice and fire. It as animals and plants in all kind of shapes, sizes and colours. It as mountains, flat lands, valleys and beaches. There is yellow people, red, brown and white people. There is so much colour, life and diversity together, that it's hard to believe how it's possible such a coexistence.
Please, take care of our planet, it must be protected and it cannot loose it's richness. I know what i am talking about: uphere, there's no where else to go!
Comprámos o hotel para animais nas férias, a pedido da herdeira, que se perdeu de amores por ele. Não é dos meus temas preferidos, mas lá lhe fiz a vontade. A verdade é que tem rendido horas e horas de entretenimento. E o que eu gosto de a ver brincar!
We bought this pet hotel and despite it's not my favourite themes, we got it as a request of heiress, that fell in love for it. The truth is that she plays with it a lot. And i love watching her play!

The day that heiress wanted to play with my old castle and assemble it alone, at her imagination will. It was fantastic to see her! For me, Playmobil is without any doubt, the best toy in the world!
Não compro todas as revistas, confesso. Compro sobretudo aquelas cuja figuras me interessam. Mas acho que está muito bem conseguida. As bandas desenhadas são engraçadas, gosto dos posters e adoro os passatempos! Também gosto da página onde aparecem os trabalhos e os pequenos fãs de playmobil. A herdeira já por lá apareceu :) E acho que o concurso das frases é uma excelente ideia e normalmente os sets oferecidos são bem fixes. Infelizmente nunca ganhei nenhum... :)
I don't buy all of the magazines, must confess. Mostly buy the ones that have figures that i have interest for. But i think it's a great magazine. The comics are funny, i love the posters inside and have a blast with heiress making the quizes and the games. I also find the page of the little playmobil fans amusing. My heiress already was a star in that page! :) And i think that the sentence contest an excellent ideia, specially because the sets offered are great. Unfortunately i never won...:)
Marla vive nos arredores do castelo. É lá que vende os produtos da sua horta, por isso é normal vê-la a cirandar por ali, a trazer cestos de couves, batatas, cenouras e outros produtos, que a exigente chefe da cozinha entenda por ter, cada dia, para as várias refeições que tem que preparar. O seu vai-vem não passa despercebido ao Joel, o bobo da corte. O seu olhar perde-se nas suas ancas, cada vez que a vê passar e morre de vontade de secar aquele rosto doce, transpirado pelo constante vai-vem ao sabor da vontade da inspiração da cozinheira.
Diz-se horrores dos bobos da corte: que são bêbados, que não levam nada a sério e até que ingerem uns certos cogumelos que os fazem fazer coisas muito esquisitas. Por isso Marla sempre fugiu dele como da peste. Assim que o avistava, acelerava o passo ou punha-se a falar com alguém, impedindo-o de chegar perto.
O Joel teve assim que a conquistar deixando-lhe pequenos bilhetes, flores ou guloseimas, nos locais onde sabia que ela passaria. E assim, pouco a pouco, foi conquistanto o seu espaço. Por fim, o olhar apreensivo dela foi-se desvanecendo e dando lugar a um maravilhoso sorriso doce.
Marla lives in the castle surroundings. It's there that she sells products from her vegetable garden, so it's easy to see her around, bringing baskets of cabbages, potatos, carrots or any product that the demanding kitchen chief require, each day, for the several meals that she have to prepare. Her come and go, didn't passed unnoticed by Joel, the jester. His eye gets lost in Marla's hips, whenever she passes by and he wants so bad do dry that sweet face, all sweaty by the permanent come and go, dictated by the cooker's inspiration.
Everyone says jesters are the worst: that they are drunk, irresponsable and that even take some kind of mushrooms that makes them act very very gfunny and weird. As so, Marla always ran from him as if he was the plague.
So, Joel had to conquer her leaving some small notes, flowers or sweets, in places that he knew she would walk by. Little by little he made it to her heart. At last, her apprehensive look faded in to a wonderful sweet smile.
Os nervos estão à flor da pele. O coração segue acelerado e ainda nem entraram no foguetão que os expulsará do planeta. Todos os poros transpiram de ansiedade e é impossível fazer parar o cérebro cujos pensamentos voam mil vezes mais depressa do que eles voarão daqui a pouco. As pupilas estão dilatadas e mesmo assim, não deverão chegar para receber a imensidão do mundo novo que estão prestes a conhecer.
A equipa da missão permitiu que cada um dos astronautas levasse consigo um pequeno objecto de conforto, para os momentos mais exigentes. O Rafael trouxe uma chucha do filho, o Ivo a bola com que costuma brincar com o seu cão e o Joca, uma fotografia da mãe e da irmã. Cada um tem o seu objecto num bolso especial do fato e sem nenhum deles querer, é para lá que as suas mãos se dirigem, no começo da contagem decrescente: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!
The moment is nerve racking. The heart goes speedy and they didn't even entered the rocket that will kick them out of the planet. All pores sweat in anxiety and it's impossible to stop the brain whose thoughts are flying one thousand times faster that they are about to in a short while. The pupils are dilated and even so, they will not be large enough to see the all new world they are about to discover.
The mission team aloud that each astronaut brought a small confort object for the most demanding moments. Rafael chose one of his son's pacifiers, Ivo pick up the ball with wich he plays with his dog and Joca chose a picture from his mother and sister. Each one as these objects in the space suit, in a special pocket, and without any of them noticed, their hands find the way to that pocket, as soon as the countdown started: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!
A turma foi muito bem acolhida pelo Sr. Anastácio, que os recebeu de braços abertos no seu farol. Foi ele que lhes contou o quanto significam os faróis para os marinheiros, principalmente naqueles dias em que o mar está muito agitado. O momento em que se avista a luz do farol é um momento de calma, de segurança, de sensação de regresso a casa, de colo, após momentos de perigo, medo, desorientação, saudade e muita incerteza durante as tempestades.
As crianças ouviram com atenção e de olhos arregalados as histórias que o Sr. Anastácio tinha para lhes contar. Os rapazes juravam a pés juntos que eram corajosos como os marinheiros das histórias. As meninas repetiam que nunca na vida quereriam ser marinheiras.
No fim da visita de estudo, a professora deu a cada aluno um papel com as seguintes perguntas: já sentiste medo como os marinheiros das história do Sr. Anastácio? Quem foi o teu farol? Quem te ajudou? Disse-lhes que pensassem durante o resto do dia nas perguntas e que amanhã iriam fazer uma composição, com o seguinte tema: "Os faróis da minha vida"
The class was very welcomed by Mr. Anastácio, that received them with arms wide open in his lighthouse. He told the class how much lighthouses ment for sailors, specially on those days of rough seas. The moment when you see the light of the lighthouse after battling the sea, is a moment of calm, a returning home feeling, after moments of danger, fear, desorientation and so much uncertainty during sea storms.
The children heard Mr. Anastácio stories with so much attention and the boys sworn that were so brave as the story's sailors. On the other hand, girls repeated that never in theirs lifes they would be sailors.
By the end of the visit, the teacher gave each student, a small piece a paper with a few questions: have you ever feel fear as the sailors? Who or what was your lighthouse? Who or what helped you? The teacher told them to think about the questions the rest of the day, cause they would have to write an essay about: "My life lighthouses".
A tia Paula é veterinária e não raras vezes tem cachorrinhos acabados de nascer no seu consultório. Nessas alturas, é certo que o Manuel aparece por lá. Sai da escola a correr e até serem horas de ir para casa, brinca feliz da vida com os pequenotes. Muitas vezes é ele que acaba por dar nomes aos cachorritos: o Pulgas foi resgatado da rua com poucos dias de vida, infestado de pulgas, claro; o Mantas foi um cachorrito que roía todas as mantinhas que lhe davam e o Lobo foi o pequenote que mais uivava, dos muitos que o Manuel conheceu. Foi ele que lhes começou a chamar assim e os novos donos, acabaram por achar graça e manter esses nomes. O Manuel tem um jeito especial para lidar com os animais e a tia Paula espera ter um herdeiro para o seu negócio daqui a alguns anos.
Aunt Paula is a veterinary and not often she has puppies in her clinic. On those times, it's for sure that her nephew Manuel comes in. He leaves the school running just to stay playing with the pets, until it's time for him to go home. The most of the times, it's him that ends up naming the dogs: Fleas was a street puppy thas was rescued infested by... fleas, of course; Blanket was a little devil thing that chewed every single blanket that was given to him; and Wolf was the most howling puppy that the boy had ever seen. Manuel started calling them these names that news owners found funny, and eventually kept them. The boy as a special gift dealing with the animals and aunt Paula expects to have an heir to her clinic, a few years from now.
É um trabalho aborrecido este da prevenção. Mas na verdade, é dos mais necessários.
O Rui e o Marco começam o dia bem cedo e percorrem detalhadamente a zona do mapa que lhes foi distribuída e decidem onde fazer os asseiros de acesso, onde e qual a vegetação que deve ser cortada, definem faixas corta-fogo e de contenção. Falam com a população, esclarecendo quais as épocas indicadas para fazer as queimadas, dando conselhos e informando, como manter limpos os seus terrenos.
Nos dias em que têm as equipas de desmatação com eles, dirigem os trabalhos, definindo prioridades de intervenção e aproveitam para fazer algum trabalho de cadastro.
É um trabalho longo que parece não ter fim, mas a verdade, é que, a pouco e pouco, a floresta vai ficando limpa, organizada e protegida contra um inimigo traiçoeiro: o fogo.
Prevention can be a very boring task, but actually it is most needed and it's importance is uncoutable, specially when the fire season is close.
Marco and Rui start early their job. They carefully scroll the map area asigned to them and decide where the vegetation needs to be cut, they establish where should be the firebreaks. They also talk to people, clarifiyng when it's the right time to make backyard burnings, giving advices and sensitize population to the importance of maintaining their lands clean of vegetation.
Some days, they have with them the clearence teams. In these days, the guys manage field work, by establishing intervention prioritys, and while these jobs goes, they seize the time to do some forest registration.
It´s a job that seems endless, but the truth is that, step by step, the forest is becaming cleaner, much more organized and safer from it's worst and treacherous enemy: fire.
