A primeira turma | The first class
Um projecto há muito sonhado pela Menina Laura: finalmente a escola entrou em funcionamento e eis que os primeiros alunos começam o seu primeiro ano. O momento exigiu a presença do fotógrafo da cidade e todos vestiram as suas melhores roupas para a posteridade. Para alívio geral, a fotografia saiu bem à primeira e não foi preciso repetir. O dia acabou com um lanche especial preparado pela professora: sumo de romã e bolo de chocolate.
A long time dreamed project by Miss Laura happens today: finally the school is open and the first students start their first year. The moment demanded city's photographer and they all dressed up with the best clothes for posterity. For everybody's relief, the photo turned out right at first attempt and there was no need to repeat it. And the day ended with a special afternoon snack prepared for the teacher: pomegranate juice and chocolate cake.
