A quinta prospera | The farm is prospering

Aos poucos e poucos a quinta tem vindo a crescer. Começaram com uma pequena horta de subsistência e agora já vendem produtos para a comunidade. Aos coelhos e galinhas, juntam-se agora algumas cabeças de gado e todos vieram assistir à chegada dos animais. Os miúdos estão super curiosos com os novos animais e não largam a cerca onde estes vão ser instalados.

O trabalho tem vindo a aumentar, e o próximo ano vai ser duro, com tanta coisa a acontecer na quinta. As crianças já foram alertadas que terão que ficar responsáveis por algumas tarefas. A mãe acha que eles serão capazes de tratar das galinhas e os miúdos estão entusiasmados e orgulhosos com a sua tarefa.

Step by step the farm as been growing. It all started with a small vegetable garden to feed the family, and now they are selling the excess to the comunity. To the rabbits and chickens, are now adding some cattle heads and everyone is here, to see the arrival of the animals. The kids are super curious and don't stay away from the fence for long.

The work as been getting bigger and harder, and the next year will be a challenge for all, as so much is happening on the farm. The kids were told they would have to help out in the farm tasks. Mum thinks they will be abble to take care of the chickens and the kids are excited about it and proud too.

Little by little, the farm prospers.
