Os camelos começam a ficar inquietos, pois sabem que a sua jornada se aproxima do fim. As pirâmides indicam que estão perto de uma grande cidade e eles sabem que finalmente irão descansar por vários dias. Dentro de algumas horas, tirar-lhes-ão de cima as mercadorias que viajaram tantos e tantos quilómetros encaixadas nas suas bossas. Poderão finalmente descansar a sério, sem temer tempestades de areia ou inquietos com as noites mais frias. E poderão beber quanta água desejarem e sempre que quiserem. E o melhor: comer tâmaras! Tâmaras doces e aveludas, a sua guloseima preferia.

The camels are starting to be restless, as they know their journey is reaching it's end. The pyramids show that they are near a big city e the animals know that they will, finally, rest for several days soon. In a couple of hours, the goods that travelled so many miles fitted in their humps. At last they will be able to seriously rest, without worries about sand storms or restless because of the cold nights. And they will drink all the water they need and want, whenever they want to do so. And the best: eat dates! Sweet and soft dates, their favourite goody.
