Urso-Poderoso e Lince-Veloz não gostam de ir pescar. A pesca exige uma paciência infinita, uma destreza ainda maior e o domínio de uma grande variedade de técnicas para apanhar os peixes certos. As mulheres da tribo exigem variedade na alimentação, sobretudo quando começa a primavera, e os homens não têm outro remédio, senão ir molhar os pés.
Eles resmungam, adiam, caçam a carne mais suculenta de que são capazes, para ver se elas se esquecem do peixe, mas todos sabem que em metendo alguma coisa na cabeça, as mulheres são terríveis, por isso hoje, Urso-Poderoso e Lince-Veloz vieram até ao rio, não sem antes fazerem uma oferenda aos grandes espíritos, para que os ajudem na pescaria.
Powerful-Bear and Fast-Lynx don't like to go fishing. Fishing demands an infinite patience, bigger abilities and a complete mastery in several technics to catch the right fish. The women in the tribe demand variety concerning food, especially when spring comes, and the man have no option, instead weting their feet.
Their try to skip it, arguing and hunting the most tastefull meat they can find, but everybody knows that when the girls stuck something in their heads, nothing will remove it. So, today, the guys came to the river, after making an offer to the great spirits so their quest can be a success.
