Sentir o Verão | Feeling Summer

Há dias assim, em que nada mais importa do que aproveitar o dia de sol na praia, brincar com as miúdas, mergulhar no mar vezes sem fim e esquecer os dias de trabalho que estão por vir, aprisionada aos computadores e aos telefones.

A areia sem fim e o mar infinito conseguem fazer-nos acreditar que somos livres e que tudo é possível. E hoje é. Hoje vale ficar na praia até apetecer, comer mais do que um gelado, jantar no sofá e não ter horas para dormir. Afinal é Verão e é preciso aproveitá-lo, para que a vida não passe por nós sem que a vivamos verdadeiramente!

There are days like these, when nothing else matters more than enjoying a sunny day at the beach, playing with the girls, diving into the sea over and over again, and forgetting about the workdays that lie ahead, trapped by computers and phones.

The endless sand and the infinite sea can make us believe that we are free and that anything is possible. And today it is. Today it is worth staying at the beach until you feel like it, eating more than one ice cream, having dinner on the couch and not having a bedtime. After all, it is summer and we must enjoy it, so that life don't pass us by without us truly living it!
